Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan said he will evaluate and analyze handling system on residents complaint report who usually go to City Hall thus could be easier.
This problem is supposed to be solved without any inconvenience
"This problem is supposed to be solved without any inconvenience," he said, Thursday (10/19).
He gives an example that today, a flat resident, came to City Hall to report about flood. According to him, there should be a report pattern or procedure thus citizen doesn't need to go to City Hall for complaining.
